Frame

The complete frame of loom is fitted with the dowel pin at different joints of binders, crank bushes and tappet bushes in order to facilitate foolproof align-meant while erection of the loom.

Crank shaft

50mm machine forged and grinded edges provided with self-lubricating bushes. Extra middle support provided for rigidity over 80 reed space loom

Crank arm

Made from cast iron and fitted with gunmetal / self lubricated bushes and rain forced by steel strapping

Tappet shaft

Superior quality tested I.S. standard bright bar moving on self lubricated bushes fitted brackets.

Gears

Hob-cut helical gears to give smooth and noise-less working & uniform quality of fabrics.

Picking

Under picking system with chilled picking nose and picking bowl perfectly matched and made up of special quality metal to give longer life.

Beating
